Colleen Bell
In 2004, Colleen Bell founded one of the first modern roller derby leagues, in Madison, Wisconsin. It quickly grew to become one of the most successful in the nation, and is now a healthy and still-growing non-profit. She concurrently founded the Women's Flat Track Derby Association as a member of the Board of Directors, serving for seven years as President of the Board.
From 2012-2017, Colleen worked for School of Rock, supporting Franchise and Company schools as the Director of Operations overseeing the highest- and lowest-performing units. Colleen identified, created or commissioned operations and marketing processes and projects that transformed the experience of school owners and operators, and the students they serve.
Since 2017, Colleen Bell has been providing executive services and coaching to small business owners as an independent business consultant in Austin, Texas.
